Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes. Every item we sell is genuine and sourced from authorized suppliers, brand overstock, and verified surplus stock. We do not sell replicas or counterfeits. If you ever have a question about a specific piece, contact us before or after your purchase and we will help.
How can your prices be so much lower than retail?
We buy end-of-season stock, brand overstock, and surplus inventory in bulk, and we keep our overheads low. The savings come from how the stock is sourced, not from lower quality. Every item is the same genuine product you would find at full price elsewhere.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 24, and delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days after delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at reselld@support.com with your order number.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide with exact measurements. Our items follow standard brand sizing. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend going for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Message us with your usual size and we will point you to the best fit.
My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong product. What now?
We are sorry, and we will make it right. Email reselld@support.com within 30 of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to update or cancel it before it ships. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed, but you can still return it under our return policy once it arrives.
Which payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and more. All payments are processed through an encrypted, secure checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can check it any time from your order tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipping for the first tracking update to appear.
